About me

about me

Get to Know Me.

I was born in 1992 in Trabzon/Turkey. I have been living in Istanbul since 2003. I have been very interested in drawing and the world of design since I was a child. During my primary school education, I started drawing by looking at things. This gave me a great sense of pleasure and excitement even at that age. My education has changed over the years. I studied electrical/electronics departments and completed my university by graduating from the "Electronic Communication Technology" department. However, the department I studied and my education did not satisfy me at all.

I Discovered My Profession.

As a video game player, when I played Counter Strike Global Offensive, I started using Adobe's Photoshop program and went into the process of preparing weapon designs for the game. This process excited me so much and made me so happy that I realized that I wanted to specialize in this field and devote my life to this work. The weapons I designed were appreciated throughout Turkey. Even if he was not accepted into the game, even this was a sufficient reason for me to head into this field.

I Nurtured and Developed My Discovery.

In this adventure that I started with Graphic Design, I entered the learning process by watching the programs on Youtube. I have progressed by making mistakes and finding solutions to those mistakes. Color psychology, typography, social media trends, etc. in the design world. I gained experience by researching rules and information. I had to accelerate this process, which I had progressed on my own, with a company. In this part, in order to gain experience in business life, I first entered a tourism company and then took my first steps by finding an advertising agency company.

Video My love.

There was a new field that I met while I was working with the advertising agency. It was also the field of "video animation and editing". I thought I was a graphic design lover, until I met video. When After Effects and Premiere Pro were tough, I remember saying, "I'll never learn these programs." But in this field that I love, I progressed, developed, cooked, and added experience to my experience by forcing, pushing and forcing myself to do so. Of course, I will never consider myself a professional. I can never go on improving when I see it. That's why I prefer to call myself an amateur.

I Didn't Do This Job Just For Money.

I did not do my work in Graphic Design and especially in the field of Video just for money. As I said at the beginning, I love this job. I also made manipulation designs, Ui/UX designs, Logo animations, Retouches, Visual Effects, Sound edits, 2D cartoon animations, 3D models, Film and TV series edits etc. I did a lot of work. And most of it I did it because I enjoyed it, because it gave me peace of mind. I continue to do and will continue to do so.

One of the things I enjoy the most when I'm alone is the job I do. So I'm both a business and a hobby. I watch movies and TV series, listen to music and then start editing them. I transfer my feelings to that process and to those projects. I take pride in myself by watching over and over again the work I have completed. I watch myself in my projects.

My Freelance Life

I also work on freelance platforms serving in Turkey and around the world. Especially the work I do on Fiverr gives me more satisfaction. Because I think I add more features to myself by working with customers at a global level and type. The satisfaction of my customers who expect and receive designs from me anywhere in the world has always made me more satisfied. Of course, the compliments I get from my customers in my country are exciting. Especially in these times when it is very difficult to receive quality work delivery, the compliments they receive from me after the delivery of work are among the moments that I am most happy with.

Let Me State What I Want With My Last Words.

I want to be happy. To become stronger in this field, to carry myself much further than 10 years ago, to keep my projects in mind and to be talked about, to look outside of my line when necessary, to live in a world where the world of design is always moved further, and most importantly, to gain the trust of people who trust me. I want and hope never to let it go to waste.

Thanks so much for reading.
Stay happy.
